Directing Projects

A mashup of Moliére’s medical comedies retold in the style of a Western musical. For this project, I directed my students in the commedia acting style. We performed in an open air barn with donkeys and turkeys.

My first foray into directing children's theatre and still one of my favorite projects. The ages ranged from 6 - 17 years old.

What if contemporaries William Shakespeare and Christopher Marlow gave up writing? This delightful One Act explores this question. 

For this Disney classic, I directed a double cast, one younger and one older. It was a massive undertaking but an absolute delight.

A beautiful show about the Women's Land Army in England during World War 2. This was directed in the round, the actors adapting to many roles and region specific accents.

I have developed, written, and taught a variety of theatre classes, several of which result in end of semester performances. Featured: SHN Spring 2023 "Ancient Greece's Got Talent".
