A Classic Winston and Ceci Mess-Around

Ok, why am I referencing New Girl? It's not just because it is one of my all time favorite shows, but because Winston and Ceci are the names of our dogs!

Meet Winston. He's the fluffy white one in the background. We got him when he was around 6 months old. Now he's five and a total couch potato. Or pillow. We frequently mistake him for a pillow, especially when he's super fluffy. As a Bichon Frise/Poodle mix, it's an easy mistake to make. Much like his name sake, it's impossible to not love him. He also adores cats. Not sure about his puzzle skills.
In the foreground is Ceci, spelled C-E-C-I because there's only one "I" in Ceci. This sweet puppy was found on the streets with a missing eye and a wonky jaw. Normally her tongue is hanging out of her mouth. She's a beautiful Fox Hound/Beagle mix with an adorable bugle-like bray that instantly makes you think you're in the English countryside going for a hunt. Next month she will be turning 1 years old. And, no, there will not be a lavish birthday party, although that's probably what her namesake would prefer. Funny enough, her name on the adoption site was Cece, and we had agreed that if we adopted a female dog, we should name her Cece because every day would be a classic Winston and Ceci mess around!
Their days usually involve going outside first thing the morning, followed by breakfast. If for some reason I don't immediately make their breakfast, Winston is at my heels reminding me that it is time for food.
The two of them enjoy playing together throughout the day, followed by long nap times, and hanging out on the balcony, watching the world go by. Their favorite treats are baby carrots, Cheerios, and Greenies. (Not an ad). They are pretty darn cute and I wouldn't trade them for anything!
